Our Chocolate Chunk cookie has both milk and dark chocolate. Our milk choclolate is called Alunga and it comes from Callebaut chocolate. It has a slightly sweet milk chocolate taste with a dominant amount of cocoa and milk. The dark chocolate in this cookie is also from Callebaut and is 64% bitter sweet chocolate. It has an Intense bitterness for a strong and lingering couverture.
